Our Roots
PalettAmerica began with a simple idea: to turn a standard popsicle into something healthier without overlooking its Latin American roots. While our name celebrates the flavors of the whole continent, our Canadian story began from scratch in 2017.
The Journey
Our founders, two Venezuelan immigrants, started with a small, home based production. In our early days, we introduced our Palettas at diffrent street festivals, every sale getting us closer to our goal. To keep the dream alive, our founders worked multiple jobs, fueled by discipline and the refusal to compromise on quality.
Our Promise Today
Almost nine years later, we have handcrafted over 1 Million Palettas. We still choose real fruit over syrups and manufacture in small batches to assure freshness and quality. We believe that when you focus on quality, the ordinary becomes unforgettable.
